How can you pay for your order?

You can pay your order with the following places:

a) Through a bank account

The bank accounts where you can deposit the amount of your order are as follows:

To facilitate the process, please indicate your order number or your name in the statement of reasons.

Please send us a copy of the bank payment order either by fax 2310532123 or by email sales@5050.gr for immediate execution of your order.

Your deposit should be made within 3 working days at the latest from the day of your order. Otherwise, orders will be canceled.

b) With cash on delivery

You can pay your order by cash on delivery to the courier company, ie when delivering the order's products.

The fixed fee for the delivery is € 2.00 for small appliances. For large volume devices, you should contact the store to find out about the exact cost or if there is a possibility of cash on delivery in your area.

If the delivery for your site is not possible, we will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

There is a choice of either a retail or an invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers, provided that they fill out the following information when ordering: company name, VAT number, VAT and occupation.

For all orders that may not be phone or email or that communication between us is not possible within 2-3 days in order to obtain confirmation, they do not proceed and the products are not shipped.

For orders with high value or orders for products that are not available, you may be asked for an advance of 10% - 20% of the total value of your order.

c) By credit card

The easiest and most direct way to pay for your purchases is by debiting your credit card. The card is debited in cooperation with Eurobank.

Eurobank has selected Verisign as a certification provider. It uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) communication protocol along with 128bit encryption that ensures secure internet transactions.

• The transaction is completely secure as your card details are posted directly to a bank's site, and are encrypted from your computer to the bank, and

• the data are not disclosed or stored in Celect AE (except to the bank).

So you can safely use your card for your purchases at Celect AE's online store.

The credit card is charged after checking and certifying the details and the validity of the credit card. The customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and the truth of the credit card details.

For purchases over 199,00 with credit card, you can do so only if you send a fax with a photocopy of your ID and your credit card that you have signed.

For purchases over 999.00, delivery must be made in your "physical" presence on your shipping site with your ID.

In case you receive your order from our store, payment will be made there and you will not be charged for shipping costs.

If you choose a credit card payment method:

you should be present when you receive your order with you with your credit card and your identity.

No order may be received by a third party.
