How can you pay for your order?
You can pay for your order with the following places:
a) Through a bank account

To facilitate the process, please mention your order number or your name in the justification of the deposit.Send us the copy of the bank payment order either by Fax 2394073262 or by email sales@celect.gr for immediate execution of your order.Your deposit must be made within 3 working days at the latest from the day of your order. Otherwise the orders will be cancelled.
b) Cash on delivery
You can pay for your order by cash on delivery to the employee of the courier company, i.e. upon delivery of the ordered products.
The flat fee for cash on delivery is 2.00 euros for small devices. For large volume devices you should contact the store to find out the exact cost or if cash on delivery is available in your area.
In the event that cash on delivery is not possible for your area, we will contact you immediately to arrange the matter.
There is the option of issuing either a retail receipt or an invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and to self-employed professionals, as long as they fill in the following information during their order: company name, VAT number, DOU and profession.
For all orders where there is no phone or email or where it is not possible to communicate between us within 2-3 days in order to achieve their confirmation, these will not proceed and the products will not be sent.
For high value orders or orders of products that are not available, you may be asked to pay a deposit of 10% - 20% of the total value of your order.
c) By credit card
The easiest and most direct way to pay for your purchases is by debiting your credit card. The card is charged with the cooperation of Eurobank.
Eurobank has chosen Verisign as its certification provider. It uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) communication protocol along with 128-bit encryption which ensures the security of online transactions.
• The transaction is absolutely safe, as your card details are registered directly on the bank's site, and are transferred encrypted from your computer to the bank, and
• the details are not disclosed or stored in Celect AE (except in the bank).
So, you can safely use your card for your purchases in the Celect AE online store.
The credit card is charged after checking and certifying the data and its validity. The customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of the credit card details.
For purchases over 199.00 with a credit card, they are only made if you (the customer) send a fax with a photocopy of your ID and credit card, which you will have signed.
For purchases over 999.00, the delivery must be made with your "physical" presence at the shipping location with your ID.
In case you pick up your order yourself from our store, the payment will be made there and you will not be charged with the shipping costs.
If you choose a credit card payment method:
you must be present when receiving your order with your credit card and ID.
It is not allowed to receive the order from a third party.
