How can you pay for your order?
You can pay for your order with the following places:
a) Through a bank account

To facilitate the process, please mention your order number or your name in the justification of the deposit.Send us the copy of the bank payment order either by Fax 2394073262 or by email sales@celect.gr for immediate execution of your order.Your deposit must be made within 3 working days at the latest from the day of your order. Otherwise the orders will be cancelled.
b) Cash on delivery
You can pay for your order by cash on delivery to the employee of the courier company, i.e. upon delivery of the ordered products.
The flat fee for cash on delivery is 2.00 euros for small devices. For large volume devices you should contact the store to find out the exact cost or if cash on delivery is available in your area.
In the event that cash on delivery is not possible for your area, we will contact you immediately to arrange the matter.
There is the option of issuing either a retail receipt or an invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and to self-employed professionals, as long as they fill in the following information during their order: company name, VAT number, DOU and profession.
For all orders where there is no phone or email or where it is not possible to communicate between us within 2-3 days in order to achieve their confirmation, these will not proceed and the products will not be sent.
For high value orders or orders of products that are not available, you may be asked to pay a deposit of 10% - 20% of the total value of your order.
c) By credit card
The easiest and most direct way to pay for your purchases is by charging your credit card. The card charge is processed in collaboration with Eurobank.
Eurobank has selected Verisign as its certification provider. It uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) communication protocol along with 128-bit encryption, ensuring the security of online transactions.
The transaction is entirely secure, as your card details are entered directly on the bank’s website and transmitted encrypted from your computer to the bank.
Your card details are neither disclosed to nor stored by Celect AE (only the bank has access to them).
You can, therefore, safely use your card for purchases in the Celect AE online store.
The credit card is charged only after verification and certification of the card's details and validity. The customer is solely responsible for the accurate entry and validity of the credit card information.
You will be required to provide the card number, expiration date, and the 3-digit CVV code located on the back of the card. For the completion of the charge and in compliance with the new 3D Secure security standards, you will need to complete the strong authentication process as defined by the bank that issued your card. This may include entering a one-time password (OTP) sent by the bank to your registered mobile number. Alternative authentication methods may also apply, such as approval through a Web Banking application, entering specific digits of the PIN, etc. The authentication method depends exclusively on the bank and may change according to its policies.
In case of order cancellation, the amount will be released by us immediately. However, any delays in the release are the responsibility of the bank that issued your card.
*Where required by law, the issuance of an invoice necessitates the use of a corporate card if the purchase is made on behalf of a legal entity. For individuals operating as freelancers or sole proprietors, a personal card belonging to the freelancer or business owner may be used.
