A. Shipping by courier

Your order will be shipped to the address you indicated when ordering with a courier. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days from the day the goods are shipped, except for some remote areas of the country where delivery takes up to 5 business days.

In case your area is not served through the courier company, you will receive your order from Hellenic Post - ELTA.

For high volume appliances (eg TVs, refrigerators, kitchens, etc.), the shipment is via a contracted carrier (see below).

There is also a charge for remote or inaccessible areas (your phone will be updated).

The above charges include 24% VAT

B. Shipment with a contractual carrier.

Upon agreement we can ship the products you purchased with a conventional shipping company. This mode of delivery mainly concerns heavy or bulky items.

The minimum shipping cost is € 22.00 and applies to shipments to capital cities, thereafter increasing for multi-item orders and for orders of magnitude or volume. In this case we will contact you immediately to let you know.

Indicatively, the price applies for delivery on the sidewalk or to the point where the freight can be unloaded from the freight carrier. In cases where the appliance is to be transported indoors you will need to inform us of the specific conditions (floor, elevator, etc.) to find out the final shipping cost.

Does not include double fridge transfer (fridge-wardrobes), use of lifting machine or floor transport where there is no elevator! In such cases, the sales department must first be consulted.

C. Receipt from Celect SA store

To receive your order from the store you first need to make a reservation for the products you are interested in either by phone or by ordering online. The products are in partner warehouses whenever there may be a short wait of 1-2 days.

D. Consignee Shipping Costs

Beware this way assumes that you have a partnership or have agreed on the cost of shipping with your own carrier. We undertake to deliver it free of charge to the carrier of your choice, provided that it is based in Thessaloniki (Sindos-Kalochori area). Estimated delivery time one to seven days. How can you return a product?

All products are covered by the guarantee of each agency. In the event of defective products, the customer should contact the official service of each dealer to have the device inspected. Replacement of the device is only possible if it is approved by the official replacement paper dealer. Returns of products that have been sold through our Company Website are provided in the following cases:

Return costs will be borne by the Company.
